CASA of Northeast Oklahoma complies with all federal laws regarding public access to records. Our commitment to transparency includes posting organizational documents on our website, including its Internal Revenue Service Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Form 1023); its IRS Return of Organization Exempt from Federal Income Tax (Form 990) for a period of three (3) years; its annual audit and accompanying financial statements, and its annual registration with the Oklahoma Secretary of State (Registration Statement of Charitable Organization) for a period of five (5) years beginning on the date the registration is actually filed. A copy of the above referenced documents will be available without charge, other than a reasonable copying fee, to any individual who makes a request for such copy in person or in writing during regular business hours.
